about my story
My own journey into motherhood sparked
a deep passion for supporting women
through every stage of this sacred transition.
As a certified birth and postpartum doula
and lactation counselor, I walk alongside
mamas through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, offering compassionate,
evidence-based care. I also integrate
gentle craniosacral practices to support
all ages from babies to adults, mothers
and pediatrics —creating space
for healing, connection, and balance.
It’s an honor to hold space for families
during such a transformative time.
